This manual and certification is designed to give you the tools you need to deliver an effective, safe, and fun D-STRONG workout. The objectives of the manual are to help you:
- Understand what makes D-STRONG different
- Understand the science behind D-STRONG workouts and programs
- Understand and properly demonstrate how to COACH techniques of key D-STRONG movement patterns correctly
- Learn basic teaching techniques to make you a better D-STRONG Coach
- Understand the basic business principles of managing a D-STRONG Group Training Program
After completion of the 28 page manual, you will be eligible to take the D-STRONG certification test. The D-STRONG Fitness certification exam is a 50 point test.
